3.5 Which occurrences shall be collected by organisations?

Key principle Each organisation covered by Regulation 376/2014 is required to put in place systems to facilitate the collection of both mandatorily and voluntarily reportable occurrences. For organisations subject to safety management systems requirements, it is understood that such systems should be part of the organisation SMS.
