ORGH.DEC.105Termination of the provision of ground handling services

If a ground handling organisation intends to permanently cease the provision of the ground handling service at an aerodrome, it shall:

(a)notify the aerodrome operator and the competent authority as soon as possible, as well as the impacted aircraft operators as per the agreement;

(b)submit to the competent authority a request for de-registration of the declaration, upon the date of termination of the provision of the services. The prior notice to the aerodrome operator referred to in point (a) shall be made sufficiently in advance, as established in the formal arrangements with the aerodrome operator, so that the latter can take appropriate measures, as necessary, for the continuation of the service at the aerodrome.
