This Regulation establishes common technical requirements and administrative procedures to ensure: (a) the continuing airworthiness of aircraft, including any component for installation thereto, which are: (i) registered in a Member State, unless their regulatory safety oversight has been delegated to a third country and they are not used by an EU operator; or
