GM1 Article 15(2)Operational conditions for UAS geographical zones

EXEMPTION(S) FROM ONE OR MORE OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR UAS OPERATIONS IN THE ‘OPEN’ CATEGORY Member States may designate UAS geographical zones in which UAS operations are exempted from one or more of the requirements for the ‘open’ category. UAS operators, when complying with the remaining requirements for the ‘open’ category, may operate without the need to apply for an operational authorisation.
