PRINCIPLES FOR THE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES It is essential for the efficient accomplishment of the activities related to Part 21 Light of the competent authority of the Member State that all decisions regarding the resolution of disputes be taken at as low a level as possible. In addition, the documented procedures for the resolution of disputes should clearly identify the chain of escalation.
