GM No 2 to 21.A.125B(a) Examples for level one findings

Examples for level 1 findings are non-compliances with any of the following points, that could affect the safety of the aircraft: 21.A.126 , 21.A.127, 21.A.128, 21.A.129. It should be anticipated that a non-compliance with these points is only considered a level one finding when objective evidence has been found that this finding is an uncontrolled non-compliance that could affect the safety of the aircraft.
