T.A.101Scope

This section establishes requirements to ensure that continuing airworthiness of aircraft referred to in point (b) of Article 1 is maintained in compliance with the essential requirements of Annex V to Regulation (EU) No 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council. It also specifies the conditions to be met by the persons and organisations responsible for management of the continuing airworthiness and maintenance of such aircraft.
