Article 9Amendment to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 923/2012
In Article 2 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 923/2012, point 104 is replaced by the following: ‘104.“psychoactive substance” means alcohol, opioids, cannabinoids, sedatives and hypnotics, cocaine, other psychostimulants, hallucinogens, and volatile solvents, whereas caffeine and tobacco are excluded;’
