FCL.205Conditions
Applicants for the issue of a PPL shall have fulfilled the requirements for the class or type rating for the aircraft used in the skill test, as established in Subpart H. [applicable until 17 February 2026 - Regulation (EU) 1178/2011]
(a)Applicants for the issue of a PPL shall have fulfilled the requirements for the class or type rating for the aircraft used in the skill test, as established in Subpart H.
(b)Applicants for the issue of a GPL shall have fulfilled the requirements for the class or type of aircraft used in the skill test. [applicable from 18 February 2026 - Regulation (EU) 2025/134]
