unidentified aircraft

EASA defines “unidentified aircraft” in one regulation. The wording below is reproduced verbatim from the EASA Easy Access Rules, with a link to the paragraph it comes from.

‘unidentified aircraft’ means an aircraft which has been observed or reported to be operating in a given area but whose identity has not been established;
