serious incident

EASA defines “serious incident” in one regulation. The wording below is reproduced verbatim from the EASA Easy Access Rules, with a link to the paragraph it comes from.

‘serious incident’ means a serious incident within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 996/2010;
