incident

EASA defines “incident” in 2 regulations, worded for each regulation's scope. The wording below is reproduced verbatim from the EASA Easy Access Rules, with a link to the paragraph it comes from.

‘incident’ means any event having an actual adverse effect on the security of network and information systems as defined in Article 4(7) of Directive (EU) 2016/1148;
