estimated off-block time

EASA defines “estimated off-block time” in one regulation. The wording below is reproduced verbatim from the EASA Easy Access Rules, with a link to the paragraph it comes from.

‘estimated off-block time’ means the estimated time at which the aircraft will commence movement associated with departure;
