altitude
EASA defines “altitude” in one regulation. The wording below is reproduced verbatim from the EASA Easy Access Rules, with a link to the paragraph it comes from.
‘altitude’ means the vertical distance of a level, a point or an object considered as a point, measured from mean sea level (MSL);
