air-ground communication

EASA defines “air-ground communication” in one regulation. The wording below is reproduced verbatim from the EASA Easy Access Rules, with a link to the paragraph it comes from.

‘air-ground communication’ means two-way communication between aircraft and stations or locations on the surface of the earth;
