5.7.1Aeronautical ground lights and navigation aids

The remote tower infrastructure should enable the ATCO/AFISO to operate and monitor all assets which are necessary to fulfil the tasks assigned to the ATS unit. The following requirements/specifications provide examples of assets/tasks that the remote tower infrastructure should support: — Regulation (EU) 2017/373 [4], ATS.TR.150 ‘Aeronautical ground lights’ and associated AMC and GM; — Regulation (EU) 139/2014 [7] CS ADR-DSN.S.890 Monitoring’; — Regulation (EU) 2017/373 [4], ATS.OR.525 ‘Information on the operational status of navigation services’.
