IS.AR.100Scope

This Part establishes the management requirements to be met by the competent authorities referred to in Article 2(2) of this Regulation. The requirements to be met by those competent authorities for the performance of their certification, oversight and enforcement activities are contained in the Regulations referred to in Article 2(1) of this Regulation and in Article 2 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1645.
