CS 25.405Secondary control system

Secondary controls, such as wheel brake, spoiler, and tab controls, must be designed for the maximum forces that a pilot is likely to apply to those controls. The following values may be used: PILOT CONTROL FORCE LIMITS (SECONDARY CONTROLS).

Miscellaneous: *Crank, wheel, or lever.but not less than 222 N (50 lbf) nor more than 667 N (150 lbf) (R = radius in mm). (Applicable to any angle within 20o of plane of control).
Twist15 Nm (133 in.lbf)

*Limited to flap, tab, stabiliser, spoiler, and landing gear operation controls.
