For aeroplanes equipped with systems that affect structural performance, either directly or as a result of failure or malfunction, the applicant must account for the influence and failure conditions of these systems when showing compliance with the requirements of this Subpart.

6.2 Interaction of Systems and Structure Remarks F3254-22 Standard Specification for Aircraft Interaction of Systems and Structures To demonstrate compliance with 23.2205, the following of F3254-22 should be adjusted. Chapter 4 - Interaction of System and Structure: Modifications are required in Figures 2, 3 and 4: Replace the probability label ‘remote’ with ‘’ Replace the label ‘Extremely Improbable’ as follows: for Level 1, 2 and 3 aeroplanes, use ’ for Level 4 aeroplanes, use ‘’ [AMC & GM to CS-23: Issue 4] [AMC & GM to CS-23: Issue 5]
