GENERAL — METEOROLOGICAL SERVICE PROVIDERS, AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION SERVICE PROVIDERS, DATA SERVICE PROVIDERS, FLIGHT PROCEDURE DESIGN SERVICE PROVIDERS The authorised persons who are competent to operate, maintain, release from, and return into operations equipment of the functional system may be information technology (IT) personnel or technicians with maintenance tasks at a service provider.
