GM3 to AMC1 ATS.TR.210(a)(3) Operation of air traffic control service

CANCELLATION OF HORIZONTAL SPEED INSTRUCTION Cancellation of any speed control instruction does not relieve the flight crew of compliance with speed limitations associated with airspace classifications as specified in SERA.6001 ‘Classification of airspaces’ of and in Appendix 4 to Regulation (EU) No 923/2012.
