Article 11 Entry into force and application

1.This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 30 June 2015.

2.By way of derogation from paragraph 1, Member States may decide not to apply Annexes I to IV, in whole or in part, before 31 December 2016. When a Member State makes use of this possibility, it shall notify the Commission and the Agency by 1 July 2015 at the latest. This notification shall describe the scope of the derogation(s) as well as the programme for implementation containing actions envisaged and related timing. In that case, the relevant provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No 805/2011 shall continue to apply.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
