Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1747 of 15 October 2019

of 15 October 2019 This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. However points (57), (58), (59) and (66) of the Annex to this Regulation shall apply from 21 December 2019.
