Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1974 of 14 December 2018

of 14 December 2018 Regulation (EU) 2018/1974 This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. However:

(a)Article 1(1) shall apply from 20 December 2019.

(b)Article 1(4) shall apply from 20 December 2019.

(c)Notwithstanding point (b) above, points (2), (4), (5) and (12) of the Annex to this Regulation shall apply from 31 January 2022.
