(a)The VCA shall be equipped with at least one first-aid kit.
(b)First-aid kits shall be:
(1)readily accessible for use;
(2)kept up to date.

CONTENT OF FIRST-AID KITS
(a)First-aid kits should be equipped with appropriate and sufficient medication and tools.
(b)The minimum content of a first-aid kit should comply with points (b)(1), (2) and (3) of AMC1 CAT.IDE.H.220. For local area operations with VCA and for VEMS, the minimum content may comply with such industry standards as approved by the competent authority.

CONTENT OF FIRST-AID KITS Standard DIN 13164 is found acceptable by EASA for local area flight operations with helicopters. Standard DIN 13164 may be deemed acceptable by the competent authority for local area operations with VCA or for VEMS.
