GM9 Annex I Definitions
OFFSHORE OPERATIONS An offshore operation is considered to be a helicopter flight for the purpose of:
(a)support of offshore oil, gas and mineral exploration, production, storage and transport;
(b)support to offshore wind turbines and other renewable-energy sources; or
(c)support to ships including sea pilot transfer.
