This Annex establishes requirements for the Competent Authorities responsible for: (a) the certification and oversight of aerodromes and aerodrome operators; (b) receiving declarations of capability and availability of the means to discharge the responsibilities by the organisations responsible for the provision of apron management services and their oversight.
