EASA defines “vertiport” in one regulation. The wording below is reproduced verbatim from the EASA Easy Access Rules, with a link to the paragraph it comes from.

‘vertiport’ means an area of land, water, or structure used or intended to be used for the landing and take-off of VCA, and for the movement of VCA;
