VEMS operating base

EASA defines “VEMS operating base” in one regulation. The wording below is reproduced verbatim from the EASA Easy Access Rules, with a link to the paragraph it comes from.

‘VEMS operating base’ means a vertiport at which the VCA, its flight crew and VEMS crew members are on standby for VEMS operations;
