provisional inability

EASA defines “provisional inability” in one regulation, with a separate wording for each case. The wording below is reproduced verbatim from the EASA Easy Access Rules, with a link to the paragraph it comes from.

‘provisional inability’ means a temporary state in which the licence holder is prevented from exercising the privileges of the licence when ratings, endorsements and his/her medical certificate are valid;
