Part 21
EASA defines “Part 21” in one regulation. The wording below is reproduced verbatim from the EASA Easy Access Rules, with a link to the paragraph it comes from.
“Part 21” means the requirements and procedures for the certification of aircraft and related products, parts, appliances, control and monitoring units and control and monitoring unit components, and of design and production organisations laid down in Annex I to this Regulation;
