language proficiency endorsement

EASA defines “language proficiency endorsement” in one regulation. The wording below is reproduced verbatim from the EASA Easy Access Rules, with a link to the paragraph it comes from.

‘language proficiency endorsement’ means the statement entered on and forming part of a licence, indicating the language proficiency of the holder;
