guidance material (GM)
EASA defines “guidance material (GM)” in one regulation, with a separate wording for each case. The wording below is reproduced verbatim from the EASA Easy Access Rules, with a link to the paragraph it comes from.
‘guidance material (GM)’ means non-binding material developed by the Agency that helps to illustrate the meaning of a requirement or specification and is used to support the interpretation of Regulation (EC) No 216/2008, its implementing rules and AMC;

‘guidance material (GM)’ means a non-binding material issued by the Agency, which helps to illustrate the meaning of delegated or implementing acts and which is used to support the application of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 and its delegated and implementing acts;
