dry runway

EASA defines “dry runway” in one regulation. The wording below is reproduced verbatim from the EASA Easy Access Rules, with a link to the paragraph it comes from.

‘dry runway’ means a runway whose surface is free of visible moisture and not contaminated within the area intended to be used;
