‘continued safe flight and landing (CSFL)’ means, in relation to a VCA operated in the category Enhanced, that the aircraft is capable of continued controlled flight and landing at a vertiport, possibly using emergency procedures, without requiring exceptional piloting skills or strength;

‘Continued safe flight and landing’ means an aeroplane is capable of continued controlled flight and landing, possibly using emergency procedures, without requiring exceptional pilot skill or strength. Upon landing, some aeroplane damage may occur as a result of a failure condition.
